The Zenker Oval Loaf Baking Pan is perfect for bread as well as cake. You can make a lovely seed loaf or banana bread and the special non-stick coating will make it easy to remove from the pan. The baking pan is heat resistant up to 230°C and the non-stick coating makes the pan easy to wash by hand. Do not place in dishwasher as this will affect the non-stick quality of the coating.
