Description
The inhabitants of tulsa find themselves in a battle for survival as the oil boom threatens the livelihoods of long-established cattle ranchers and their way of life. when rancher cherokee lansing’s father is killed in an accident on an oil rig, she decides to seek revenge on the oil company owner, bruce tanner by drilling for oil herself. what began as cherokee’s crusade to fight the developers takes a dramatic turn when she hits a rich vein of oil and becomes an immensely wealthy and powerful woman. now she must decide between her loyalties to the old way of life or become part of the modernisation that killed her father and is destroying her friends.
