Description
In rural Oklahoma, state livestock cop Frank Bennett (Aaron Eckhart) was resigned to admitting that contemporary cattle rustlers were growing bolder and his job wasn’t getting any easier. However, when a confrontation with psychotic gang boss Jones (Devon Sawa) claims the life of Frank’s short-timing partner Bill (Lochlyn Munro), the lawman may regret his choice to run the killers to ground alone.
