Description
Reprising their recurring roles from “Happy Days,” Penny Marshall and Cindy Williams starred in this hilarious 1976-1983 spin-off about a pair of lifelong friends who lived in a basement apartment in Milwaukee while working as bottlecappers for Shotz Brewery.
