Made from high-quality forged aluminium with a body thickness of approx. 3.8 mm and bottom thickness of approx. 4.3 mm, it ensures very good heat conduction for even cooking. The interior features a glossy black ELO Dur Select non-stick coating that is PFAS-free, and the edges are turned and polished for durability. A long, handy stainless steel professional handle provides safe and comfortable handling. Ovenproof up to 240°C and suitable for all hobs including induction, this deep frypan is dishwasher safe and comes packed in a banderole.
